1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Relevant Reflex Affiliate Partner Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the partner portal and cease all referral activities.

2. Eligibility

To become an affiliate partner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid UPI ID or bank account for receiving commission payments
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

3. Partner Obligations

As an affiliate partner, you agree to:

• Promote Relevant Reflex through ethical and transparent methods only
• Not use misleading, deceptive, or spammy tactics to acquire referrals
• Not create fake accounts or self-refer to earn commissions
• Not impersonate Relevant Reflex or misrepresent your relationship with us
• Ensure all promotional content is accurate and up to date
• Not engage in incentivised signups (e.g., paying people to register)

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates are set by Relevant Reflex and may vary based on referral milestones and verification events. Current commission triggers include email verification and mobile verification of referred members, as well as revenue share on survey completions. Commission rates may be revised with prior notice.

5. Redemptions & Payments

• Minimum redemption amount is ₹5,000
• Redemption requests are processed within 7–14 business days
• Payments are made via UPI transfer to the registered UPI ID
• Tax deductions (TDS) will be applied as per applicable Indian tax laws
• Relevant Reflex reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Generating fake or bot signups
• Using paid advertising that bids on "Relevant Reflex" brand terms
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails or SMS (spam)
• Misrepresenting earning potential to prospective members
• Manipulating referral tracking mechanisms
• Violating any applicable data protection or privacy laws

7. Intellectual Property

Relevant Reflex grants partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our brand name and logos solely for authorised promotional purposes. All intellectual property rights remain with Relevant Reflex. Partners must not modify, distort, or misuse our brand assets.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partner account at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if the programme is discontinued. Upon termination, any pending commissions below the minimum redemption threshold will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Relevant Reflex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the partner programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the commission amount owed to you at the time of the claim.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry, India.
