At Relevant Reflex, the security of partner data and referred member information is a top priority. This page outlines the measures we take to protect your data and ensure the integrity of our platform.

Our Security Measures

🔒 Encryption

All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2+ encryption. Sensitive data at rest, including payment details and personal information, is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

🔐 Access Controls

Access to partner and member data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. All admin actions are logged and auditable. Multi-factor authentication is enforced for administrative access.

🛡 Secure Hosting

Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade servers with DDoS protection, firewalls, and automated intrusion detection systems. Regular security patches are applied promptly.

📦 Regular Backups

Automated daily backups ensure data can be recovered in the event of a system failure. Backups are stored in encrypted, geographically separate locations.

Partner Data Handling

Referral Data: Referral tracking is handled through unique affiliate codes. We do not use invasive tracking technologies or third-party cookies for partner attribution.
Commission Records: All financial transactions and commission calculations are logged with full audit trails for transparency and compliance.
Payment Security: UPI IDs and payment information are stored securely and only accessed during commission processing. We never share payment details with third parties.
Member Data Isolation: Partners can view limited, anonymised information about their referrals (masked email, verification status). Full member data is never exposed to partners.

Partner Responsibilities

As an affiliate partner, you play a role in maintaining data security:

Keep your partner portal login credentials confidential
Use a strong, unique password for your partner account
Do not share referral tracking data or member information with unauthorised parties
Report any suspected security incidents to us immediately
Ensure any promotional materials comply with data protection regulations

Incident Response

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects partner information, we will:

Notify affected partners within 72 hours of discovery
Provide details of the nature and scope of the incident
Outline the remedial steps taken to contain and resolve the issue
Cooperate fully with any regulatory investigations

Compliance

Relevant Reflex complies with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its associated rules. We are committed to aligning our practices with emerging data protection legislation as it evolves.
